Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @lentils{1%cups} on a #baking sheet{} with a large drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}, @fry seasoning{1%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Spread into an even layer and roast on the top rack for ~{15%minutes}.

While lentils roast, trim and discard root end from @baby lettuce{2%heads}; chop leaves into bite-size pieces. Trim and halve @mini cucumber{2%units} lengthwise; cut crosswise into ¼-inch-thick pieces. Halve, core, and thinly slice @bell pepper{1%unit} into strips; halve strips crosswise.

When lentils are done, remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes.

In a #large bowl{}, whisk together @rice wine vinegar{2%tbsp}, @soy sauce{2%tbsp}, @sesame oil{1%tsp}, and @plum sauce{2%tbsp} until smooth. Season to taste with extra salt and pepper.

Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large skillet{} over medium-high heat. Season @grass-fed rib-eye steak{10%oz} with @everything bagel seasoning{1%tbsp}, salt, and pepper. Sear steak for ~{4%minutes} per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a #cutting board{} and let rest ~{5%minutes} before slicing thinly against the grain.

Divide lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, and @shredded red cabbage{2%cups} between plates. Top with roasted lentils, sliced steak, and @wonton strips{1%unit}. Drizzle generously with sesame plum dressing and serve immediately.
